- In Mid May 2009 - a Certification Audit for Compliance with AS/NZ Standard 4801 (Occupational, Health & Safety) was undertaken by SAI Global.
- Probuild NT passed the Audit and have now been issued with the official Australian Standard Compliance “Tick” by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia & New Zealand.

- At the end of March 2009 – Horst Richter joined the Probuild team as a Project Manager. Horst brings with him a considerable amount of experience in Commercial building.
