Alice Springs Hospital
Two separate projects with the ongoing upgrade to the fire main and the upgrade to the the Day Procedures Unit.

Traeger Park
Construction of the new Ablution Block due for for completion in August 2010.

11 Wilshire St - Alice Springs
This is part of the NT Governments Social Housing Initiative which involves the construction of Public Housing Accommodation Units due for completion in December 2010.

16 Bath St - Alice Springs
This project involves the extensive refurbishment of Bath Street Lodge and is due for completion in October 2010.
