Phil Danby – Managing Director Probuild’s
founder, Phil has been our driving force for the last 17 years, growing
Probuild to become one of the largest construction companies in Alice
Springs.
Today, Phil’s time is largely devoted to investigating new technologies
and innovative working methods to help our projects run as smoothly as
possible. He also keeps his sharp eyes and ears peeled for any
new opportunities that may arise.
Mick Betteridge – Construction Operations Manager
Mick is kept very busy managing all our projects and operations at the
cold face. As our ever-capable Construction Operations Manager,
Mick’s expertise stretches back 23 years, allowing our clients to rest
assured their projects are in capable hands.
In this role, Mick is also responsible for managing all staff, sub
contractors and suppliers as well as ensuring all company policies and
procedures are adhered to and maintained at all times
