Joe Penaluna - QSE Manager / Contracts Administrator Our tenacious and thorough Contracts Administrator has taken on the additional role of QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) Manager. Joe is across all our projects from tender preparation and costs estimation right through to job completion. With a Bachelor of Business specialising in Property Joe is up to speed with all of the latest contractual obligations. Chris Hatt – Safety Advisor Chris is a long time loyal employee of Probuild NT and has seen the Company develop on many fronts. This is in part due to his latest responsibility as a position of Safety Advisor. Working alongside Joe Penaluna, Chris performed a major role in Probuild NT passing its Audit for the Compliance with AS / NZ Standard 4801 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) and continues to set the standard and procedure on all sites. Chris also leads a team of licensed Asbestos Removalist’s for either our own work or external contracts. Chris proactively seeks and organises various training courses for all Employees and through his endeavor, Probuild NT now has multiple trained Employees covering a wide range of tasks and activities.
